Please read our policies in full before placing an order.
– Orders should be placed at least two weeks ahead of the desired pickup date. Availability is not guaranteed when placed within two weeks of the pickup date.
– A 10% rush fee will be added to orders placed within one week of the pickup date.
– Payments under $100 must be made in full in order to place an order.
– For payments over $100, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to place an order; it must be paid in full at least one week before the pickup date. Orders that are not paid in full by this time may be canceled.
– Once an order is in the customer’s hands, A&B Cookie Co. is no longer responsible for the care of the cookies.
– Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be donated without refund unless you contact us to arrange otherwise.
– Online and Pinterest images may be used for inspiration, but, due to it being someone else’s work, the images will not be recreated exactly. Please allow for creative freedom.
– We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images of completed orders for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.
– If there is an issue with your cookies, a refund may be given at our discretion, provided unused cookies are returned within 48 hours of the pickup time for evaluation of the issue.
– Custom order cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup date are not guaranteed a full refund.
– We have the right to refuse service at any time.
